[摘要】本文通过分析16世纪英格兰诗人锡德尼的作品《诗辩》,探讨了文学对社

会所起的教化民众和

宣扬美德的作用以及文学作为一门学科所应有的地位.文学对于我们日常生活有

着非常深刻的影响,一部优秀的

文学作品足以让我们终生受益,所以我们必须以正确的态度对待文学,切不可低估

文学的作用.
