1. 学科教学要求背景分析

在上海市委、市政府提出的“科教兴市，走通华山天险一条路”的宏伟目标指引下，教育肩承着发展上海的重任，普通中小学的培养目标是使学生具有良好的思想道德素质、文化科学素质、身体心理素质、审美素质、劳动技能素质和健康的个性，具有创新精神、实践能力和终身可持续发展的基础，成为会学习、会合作、会做人、会生存，有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的一代新人。新基教育和二期课改的实施也给中小学教育提出了更高的要求,其中特别强调高中生一门外语过关,强调学习语言的习得环境和提高交际能力,强调以学生为主体的观念.

而本世纪中，上海将建成国际性的大都市，外语的重要性显得更为突出。高中英语教学的主要目的和任务是：巩固、扩大基础知识;培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力;发展智力，培养自学能力。而近几年来，高考的词汇量由最初的3400增加为现在的`6800，而且还有继续增加的趋势，口语也将成为高考的内容之一;现在对大学非英语专业的学生的外语要求也正越来越高，不但要求书面阅读能力和写作能力，也要求使用外语流利交流的能力。这一切的快速发展都给中学英语教学提出了更高的要求。

2. 所教班级学生现状分析

这两个班级目前成绩基本持平。高一(一)班、高一(二)班期末区统考平均分为60.48, 60.98，优良率为4.35, 4.35, 及格率为60.87, 71.74, 均超过区平均。

4. 其他依据

信息技术作为资料的来源、交流的平台、认知的工具，对英语教学的影响来自两个方面：一方面是它对英语教学的内容、目的等提出了与过去不同的需求;另一方面是它给英语教学提供了更良好的教学环境与技术支持。随着全球一体化进程的加快，随着我国加入WTO并日益与世界接轨与同步，我们与世界各国的人民有了更密切的联系和交流，语言首先是交流的工具，有必要让学生了解不同国家文化背景以及语言习惯的差异，这也是对外语教学提出的新要求。利用现代信息技术可以虚拟尽可能真实的语言环境，减少 “Chingalish” 现象的产生。

另外，图书馆的丰富藏书也为教学活动提供了广阔的天地。不同国家的文化背景、风俗习惯、语言习惯、时事要闻，语言学习的扩展内容和方法，中英文的报刊、杂志，各种各样的外语工具书，在这里都可以找到，课外可以指导学生有选择地进行阅读。

二. 本计划应达到目标和力争达到的目标

应达到的目标：

1.加强学的研究，充分发挥学的主动性

只有当教与学形成了合力，教学才能取得最佳的效果。因此，要帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯，指导他们掌握有效的学习方法，使他们乐学更善学。

高中生应有的习惯和方法主要包括：

学会查英语词典并勤查词典;

坚持每天朗读，学会背诵的有效方法;

词汇教学主要是使学生掌握词义、词的搭配和用法。抓词汇首先在于认识，不要认为这纯粹是学生的事，而是师生双方共同的任务;其次要重视方法的指导，切忌一个一个字母地死记硬背;第三要坚持细水长流，长抓不懈，不断反复，及时巩固。只要持之以恒，拥有多个词汇毕竟不是高不可攀的。本学期继续抓住统编教材和牛津教材的词汇，同时适当扩大英文报刊、杂志的阅读量，以扩大词汇量，增强阅读能力。

短文阅读是吸收信息、学习语言、提高水平的最有效途径，因此，提高学生的阅理解能力是教学的重要目标之一。本学期将有计划地坚持每周补充几篇课外阅读文章，让学生在大量阅读中提高阅读理解能力。

3.加强听、说、读、写训练，全面提高学生英语能力

尽管目前的高考以听、写为主，但听、说、读、写训练是相辅相成、互相促进的，只有通过综合训练，才能真正全面提高学生的英语能力。根据高中教学的要求，要在进一步提高听说能力的同时，侧重培养阅读能力，要切实加强泛读训练。在大量听、读，确保一定的输入量的基础上，再适当进行写的训练，写的能力自然会不断提高。

三. 具体实施计划

1. 教材：由上海中小学课程教材改革组制订的高级中学英语课本(二年级第一学期);

2.内容：本教材共分十二个单元，每周学习一个单元，每个单元学习一个语言结构或语言功能，一篇课文，写作技巧，听力练习;

3.单元测验：每两单元测验一次;难度适中;实行月考制度;测验题按照会考的量进行;

4.每周作业总量：听力练习一套，《高中英语最新结构功能训练》练习卷一套，每单元课后练习及部分配套练习，学有余力的学生自定的练习，自己命题的各单元重难点练习题。

高二是学生整个高中外语学习的关键时期，我们计划在高二上期学习的基础上，继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力，继续培养理解、分析和阅读的能力让学生在高中系统的学习中牢固地掌握基础知识，并具备一定的自学能力。

一、教育教学指导思想

树立新观念,继续钻研新大纲,探索教材教法。进一步明确任务性教学和其他教学理论相结合，探索培养学生全面语言能力。

二、教学工作

1、加强备课组建设。全组成员以新大纲为本，认真钻研新教材。

1)按教研组的安排，加强备课组的集体备课，保证备课的时间和质量,每周至少保证半天的时间。备课时重点考虑教法和课外读本的处理，特别是对新教材的教法，要认真把握。中心发言人要有明确的重难点,对疑难点要有自己的看法,提出来供大家讨论,以取得相对统一的见解。本期还要注意和高考逐渐接轨。

2)开展组内“转转课，并展开讨论，认真分析长短，相互促进。特别是加强本教学组教师之间的交流，以形成一个具有强烈的责任心，较强教学能力的集体。

2、必修课：本期教学知识覆盖面和词汇量仍然大，所以，首先要加强基础知识的训练，在上好教本的同时，要特别考虑拓展学科的课外知识，人文知识，加强课外阅读的补充和指导，具体方法如下：

一、所教班级学生现状分析：

我所任教的两个班级的学生经过一年的学习，除极个别学生外，大多数同学的学习态度已有好转，上课认真听讲，作业独立完成，学习方法越来越有效。虽然他们的成绩较差，但他们在这一年的学习过程中，还是有着很大的进步，特别是那些已有将来明确目标的同学。但学生中也存在着上课效率低，作业马虎、不交，课外时间全部放在休闲娱乐上，课堂上打瞌睡的现象。还有一些学生则是由于缺乏坚持不懈的顽强毅力，害怕背诵、记忆，只满足于课堂上听听课，课后没有复习、预习等学习环节，导致英语成绩提高缓慢。下列目标应在本学期内达到：巩固、扩大基础知识；培养口头和书面初步运用英语进行交际的能力，侧重培养阅读能力；发展智力，培养自学能力。具体来说：

高二下学期是高中阶段一个重要的时期，是进入高三的一个转折点，这一时期的教育教学尤其重要，因此特制定如下教育教学计划：

一、指导思想

以新课程标准为准绳，以牛津意林版教材为依托和基础，密切关注高考动态，充分发挥团队功能，挖掘学生潜能，扎实抓好双基，始终坚持大量的语言积累与适时、有效的`语言综合训练，努力提高学生的综合素质和解题技巧，以适应高考的形式和要求。突出英语教学实践第一的观点，教学中注意教学策略和学习策略的渗透，注意学生情感态度和动机的培养，促进心智，文化意识的培养，注重教学的反思。根据认知规律，提高学生自主学习和合作学习的能力，培养学生终生学习的能力。研究高考试题和高考动向，从思想上和行动上提前带领学生进入高三。带领学生顺利度过学业水平考试的复习。

二、学情分析

本届高高二学生虽已经过近两年的高中英语学习，但情况并不容乐观。尖子生不尖，大多数学生基础不够扎实，活学活用能力欠缺，推理、概括能力严重不足，答题欠规范等问题相当突出，而且相当一部分学生英语底子薄，厌学情绪严重，所以在对学生全面抓紧，强化训练的同时，兼顾学生情趣，营造和谐、轻松而又高效的课堂，是我们每一位英语教师都必须努力解决的课题。

三、教材分析

本学期要完成选修七、八两本书，使学生达到课标规定的八级要求。选修教材侧重知识的融合、综合和复习总结，教材难度明显加大，词汇量加大，篇幅加长；侧重技能的融合，阅读与表达以及知识的宽度与厚度；语言知识、文化思维、话题范围及词汇量既有对必修的重现，又有一定的扩展。

四、教学任务

依据教学步骤完成模块7及模块8的教学内容：各模块课标基本词汇的掌握；各模块基础语法项目的复习；各模块写作项目；各模块的听力训练。以课本为主，以夯实基础为主，能使绝大部分学生看懂课文，掌握基本的词法，句法，获得使用基本的语言知识及基本技能。要加大学生的课外阅读量，达到3万词；重视各种能力的提升；加强学法指导，帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯和自主学习的能力；加大知识落实力度，重视知识积累；改变教学方式，保持学生学习兴趣。本学期要进行学业水平考试，所以，在上完模块七八之后，还要复习学业水平考试相关内容，（模块一至模块五）加大这部分的复习力度，主要是以相关练习为主，知识的归纳和总结。

五、教学措施

1、研究并创造性地使用教材，做好教材整合与删减工作，结合学生实际，发扬教材特点。

2、加强课堂教学管理，以提高课堂教学效益。

3、培养学生的阅读技能，各模块的教学中，重视阅读教学，充分利用模块里面的四篇阅读文章，有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

4、加大写作训练的力度，鼓励学生学致使用。并要求学生背范文、教师精选的课文段落、写作必背句型，使他们熟习英语的句式构造及习惯用法，从句到篇，从而写出完好的英语文章。另外每周进行一篇写作训练，鼓舞运用背过的句型，提高学生的写作技能。坚持作文训练，训练题材，方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。

5、综合训练。每一单元进行一次综合练习，习题的训练在于精而不在于多。高二下学期的学生，很快就要进入高三然后参与高考。因而在打牢根底的同时，应该让他们了解高考的情形，适当选择部分高考题，让学生感受、体验；尤其是对尖子生，要鼓励他们去做高考题。要重点加强完形和阅读这两大板块的训练力度。

6、坚持训练听力，使英语学习完整，促进英语学习的其他方面，在教材听力材料的基础上，利用相关练习对学生进行听力训练。

7、单词一直是学生的难点，薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。以教材文章为根底，扩大词汇量，做到每学完一篇课文，就行词汇检测。在平常教学进程中不时扩展词汇量，词汇教学以新带旧，从而到达稳固扩大词汇的目的，做到常常催促、检测，帮学生掌握科学的单词记忆的方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

转眼又是一个学年的结束，回顾这忙碌而又充实的一年，有收获，也有思索。。。。。。在这一年里，我主要担任高二年级114、116两个班的英语教师，现将这一年来的工作在此作以总结。

一、在职业道德方面，我恪守教师职责，以教师职业道德规范为准绳，严格要求自己。不迟到，不旷到；团结同事，为人师表。在学期末的测评中，获得了“优秀”的评价，并且能走到学生中间，受到了学生的尊敬与认可。

二、业务素质方面，我始终以“活到老，学到老”来要求自己，一直坚信，只有经过不断的学习，才可能不断的提高自己，才可能使自己“与时俱进”。于是，在闲暇之余，读书是我的一大爱好。我除了阅读一些报刊、杂志之外，在这一学年，还主要阅读了郑金洲的《教师如何做研究》，苏霍姆林斯基的《给教师的建议》等书，最近，又主要在读常学勤的《新课程背景下的教师课堂教学技能》，在不断的学习中，教学教育理论知识得以丰富，他们似盏盏明灯常常给我以方向。在这一学年，我也写了不少的反思，还写了读书笔记、案例等。

同时，由于面对新课程新教材，这对自己也是一个很大的挑战，教书的同时，更是一个学习新知识的过程，在平时的教学中，我还经常在借助网络网络这一有力工具，博采众长。

另外，积极参加太原市及学校组织的各种教科研活动，认真参加了学校的公开课活动，并且聆听了学校其他同事的课，受益颇多；同时，作为太原市导师团的徒弟之一，也有了更多的听讲座、听课的机会，自己也受到了师傅的指导，同行的建议，这一切对于我都是很好的学习机会。

三、教育教学方面，因为高二是高中三年中最为关键的一年，所以在平时的教育教学中，我认真备好每一节课，不打无准备之仗，同时着重注意了学生过渡到高三的衔接工作，比如，单词的记忆，阅读的练习，知识点的系统化等等；同时，我认真批改学生的作业，给予及时地辅导；另外，高二面临着会考，在抓这个工作的时候，我主要从学生的基础出发，面对我们学生英语较差的状况，可谓想尽了办法，怎样才能使学生们乐学，并且有所收获，在这个过程中，有成功的喜悦，也有恨铁不成钢的无奈，但学生一次次的成绩还是给了我也给了他们莫大的希望。

同时，能从学校的角度出发，虽然面对着孩子小等困难，还是在学校英语教师紧缺的关头，替秦老师为115、113代课，还曾为面临考试的高一孩子们上课一周。

四、取得的成绩。学生的成绩就是自己成绩的最好说明，看着孩子们拿着试卷有的惊呼，有的.高兴的表情，我也感觉到了莫大的欣慰与无比的荣耀。

同时，在平时，我还写了教学反思、听课心得、读书笔记、案例《孩子们忽然沉默了》等。

另外，在山西省课件大赛中，我所制作的课件“Book4 Moudle3 Reading and vocabulary”获得了山西省三等奖。

五、困惑。在我所任教的这两个班里，114是理科班，男孩子占了多半数，并且英语基础很差，对英语兴趣有的近乎于零，同时，学习缺少动力，课下基本不下功夫，而这些孩子们中学体育的很多，将来上大学的希望也很大，我怎样才能让他们更多的注意英语学习，在高三这一年中，成绩能有所突破呢？当然，其他方面的困惑还有，但我认为这是我目前最大的难题了，面对这群“你的世界语我无关”的孩子们，我怎样才能对他们有更大的帮助呢？

新的学年即将开始，总结过往，展望未来，我会从各方面严格要求自己，相信自己会越做越好！
