1. dirty work 卑鄙的工作; 讨厌的工作

“go ahead” 在美语中很常用， 除了“进行去做”的意思， 还有其它的用法， 以后再看。 “dirty work” 在此指的是一些没人要作的扮坏人的事。我有一个朋友遇人不淑， 室友出去旅行一去不回(并不是死掉)，却不来电话， 也不付他该付的房租。三个月后这个朋友气炸了， 就向房东提出要另找室友的要求， 房东就请这位朋友填一张纸，然后把他室友的东西搬到别的地方去了。这个房东作的就是这里说的 “dirty work” 了。

2. push around 驱使(某人)
